Thrive@85 isn't a checkup. It's a guided program with a dedicated team, objective benchmarks, and regular accountability — built around where you are today and where you want to be at 85.
Week 1 — Getting Started
Your longevity coach begins with a 30-minute introduction — getting to know your goals, your history, and what thriving at 85 means to you specifically. This isn't a clinical intake. It's a conversation about what you're training for.
Baseline testing begins: comprehensive labs, DEXA body composition scan, and a clinical VO₂Max assessment. These establish your objective starting point across the dimensions that matter most for healthspan. Your results flow directly into your Thrive@85 member platform — visible to you and your care team from day one.
Week 2 — Your Longevity Blueprint
Your physician conducts a comprehensive longevity exam, incorporating your baseline results. Then you'll meet with your longevity coach to review the findings, set goals, and build your personalized plan across fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Your plan lives in your member platform, updated in real time as your program evolves. This is where your program becomes yours.
Weeks 3–52 — The Work
Regular touchpoints with your longevity coach keep you on track — checking progress, adjusting the plan, providing encouragement, and ensuring accountability. Between sessions, AI-driven tools monitor your key metrics and keep your care team informed — so nothing falls through the cracks and your team always knows where you stand.
Week 26 — Mid-Year Reassessment
You'll get a mid-year DEXA exam and meet with your physician and longevity coach to review progress, reassess your plans and make modifications as needed. Your platform tracks the full arc — where you started, where you are, where you're headed.
Progress is the point. This is how you measure it.
Year Two and Beyond
Healthspan isn't a destination — it's a practice. Members who continue with Thrive@85 enjoy the full program in year two and beyond — comprehensive longevity exam, ongoing engagement with your longevity coach, registered dietitian and exercise physiologist, comprehensive labs, VO₂Max, DEXA, and physician review — building on a foundation that gets stronger as your data deepens and your team gets to know you better.
The goal doesn't change. The path gets clearer every year.
